Materials
Our soft-cutting departments can process non-asbestos materials including:
- Graphite (pure, foil reinforced and tanged reinforced).
- Compressed non-asbestos (CNAF or Nonas) to multiple specifications.
- PTFE (sintered and unsintered, glass-filled, carbon-filled, bronze-filled).
- Expanded and modified PTFE.
- Rubber (natural, neoprene, EPDM, WRAS EPDM, nitrile, viton, silicone).
- Further rubber specification variants upon request.
- Vegetable fibre.
- Cork grades blended with neoprene or nitrile rubber binders.
