Flange insulation kits are deployed where cathodic corrosion is a concern. These gaskets are in accordance with ANSI B16.5 specifications and can be supplied individually or assembled with sleeves and washers in kit form.

Style D
Designed to fit the ring groove of RTJ flanges. Insulation gaskets in oval cross-section are machined from a fabric-reinforced phenolic material to ASME B16.20 specifications.
Style F
Raised-faced flange gaskets are offered in neo-faced phenolic, G-10 with elastomer seal rings, or compressed composite with strong dielectric properties.
Style E
Full-faced bolt-holed gaskets designed to ensure high-performance sealing and alignment. Style E gaskets are offered in neo-faced phenolic, G-10 with elastomer seal rings or compressed composite with strong dielectric properties.
