X19CrMoVNbN11.1

Martensitic creep resistant stainless steel

Description

X19CrMoVNbN11-1 (1.4913) is a high-alloy martensitic creep-resistant stainless steel designed for high-temperature service, especially in steam turbine rotors, blades, shafts, and bolting in power plants. The alloy’s composition helps it withstand thermal cycling without degradation.
It belongs to the 12% chromium steel family, often used in advanced thermal power plants (up to 620–650 °C steam temperatures) due to its excellent creep strength, oxidation resistance, and tempered martensitic microstructure.
