TripleFast Middle East is searching for a Maintenance Team Lead. The main responsibility of the Maintenance Team Lead is to manage the planned maintenance and repair of all TripleFast equipment and machinery.
TripleFast Middle East is part of the LoneStar Group of companies, who are market leaders in the manufacture and supply of specialist bolting solutions, machined components, gaskets and seals to the world’s energy markets and heavy engineering industries.
Duties:
- Develop, plan, coordinate and implement maintenance activities, including machines and equipment repair and preventive/ predictive maintenance programs based on operational and manufacturer requirements
- Maintain maintenance logs and issue regular reports
- Ensure suitable tools, equipment and materials necessary for maintenance activities are available and in good and safe working condition
- Review and analyze machines and equipment performance, needs and reliability issues, in coordination with Operations (machines and equipment user) and implement the required correction or improvement actions as approved by the management
- Monitor spare part/equipment inventory and place orders, in coordination with Operations, when necessary
- Monitor job orders execution and completion with contractors and service providers
- Plan and oversee all facility repair and installation activities
- Monitor and control maintenance costs as reasonably practicable
- Coach, mentor, train and develop the Maintenance Team
Required experience and qualifications:
- Background in maintenance
- Engineering degree or apprenticeship
- Good computer skills
